The service cares for people of all ages. They help with a variety of needs such as
* Companionship, escort services
* Housekeeping, cooking, laundry, shopping, errands
* Personal care
* Nursing care
* High dependency care
The services are tailored to meet individual needs.
* Hourly ranging from four hours suitable for injections, wound dressing, bathing, dressing, errands, escort duties, meal preparation, help to get up in the morning or settling at bedtime.
* Full days from 6 to 12 hours.
* Nights from 6 to 12 hours to provide constant attention at any point in the night, as many times as you need it.
* Live-In Care with staff expected to work 12 hours out of the 24 hour cover to allow them to care for you safely and effectively.
Staff
A range of staff assist you depending on the needs of the client
* Carers for general housekeeping duties and companionship.
* Assistant Nurse to deliver basic personal care like bathing and dressing to help you maintain independence at home.
* Registered Nurse to carry out therapy like injections, complex dressings and administer medications
