How Hireup Works

Create a Profile
Get started on HireUp by creating your profile. We verify a range of information from clients with disability and support workers, to ensure everyone's safety.

Find the Right Match
Search for support workers or clients who live in your area, who are seeking a similar working relationship to you

Hire and Manage
HireUp makes it easy for individuals to manage their own support relationships. Choose who you want to work with and coordinate that relationship for yourself.

Payment
HireUp turns all completed bookings into invoices, which they send to you on a weekly basis. They then pay workers, withholding tax and paying compulsory superannuation.

HireUp also takes care of all the insurance associated with hiring a support worker so that you are covered in the case of an accident, and provides a range of safety and training resources to make sure that your support worker remains safe while working with you.
