Short Description

Northcott Housing Links offers affordable, accessible and transitional accommodation to people with a physical disability. The service provides shared accommodation at three houses in the inner metropolitan areas of Sydney.

More Details

. The houses generally have four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Generous kitchen, dining and lounge areas are shared by the tenants.
. The houses are wheelchair accessible and have been modified to meet the needs of people with a wide range of disabilities.
. The bedrooms are furnished or unfurnished depending on tenant preference.
. There are no live in staff and tenants are expected to be independent in arranging any community services they may require.

Eligibility:
People of working age who have a physical disability and need transitional, accessible, accommodation for the short to medium term. Each resident will have identified an achievable exit plan and will be prepared to work with staff toward their exit goals. The applicant must be able to live safely and securely in the house with the available support.

Geographical Areas Covered:
The houses are located in Petersham, Glebe and Ryde.
