More Details

The two main types of support are Group Placement Support and Individual Placement Support.
* The staff help people to learn the skills that they need in their employment and ensure that the productivity and quality requirements of employers are met. They also assist people to develop friendships and valued work relationships.

Individual Placements
* Designed for people who need quite low levels of support in their employment. Helps people find jobs at award rate of pay. Trains and supports people to learn and keep their jobs

Group Placements
* Finds jobs for people who have intensive support needs in local companies. People work in small groups with the host company and the service provides all training and support to enable workers to learn and keep their jobs.
