This soft tech polymer complements muscle tissue resilience and skin. The unique design gives a natural fit to any body shape It self inflates discreetly and can be packed flat.

As a postural support tool, it prevents and manages back, neck and shoulder strain. It also doubles as a stretching tool to facilitate floor activities such as Pilates and Feldenkrais.

The Bolster is suitable for people who sit in a static sitting position for prolonged periods. When used in a chair, it actively supports the back and allows healthy joint movements. The Chair Strap comes in the Executive Kit and is 1.5 meters long.

The Bolster comes with a 52 page coloured book giving instruction on how to perform exercises.
