Short Description

A multi purpose phone for people with sensory and dexterity impairment. It features large buttons, handsfree function, adjustable ringer volume and pitch. Adjustable voice aid amplifies outgoing speech. Adjustable volume control amplifies incoming speech. It also has an in-built hearing aid coupler and a flashing light for incoming calls. An additional port enables an external dialing switch to be added if required. Availability from Telstra Aged and Disability Services under their rental plan.

TELEPHONE COMPONENTS
* base, handset, desk or wall mounting bracket

KEY PAD
* The buttons are double the size of those on a standard phone. Numbers and letters are white on a black background. A tactile locating key is on button 5.

HOT KEY DIALLING
* The phone can be programmed to enable a call to be made by pressing a hot key without lifting the handset or pressing SPKR.

FEATURES ON UPPER SURFACE
* Mute Button. Mutes the handset and handsfree microphone.
* Ring Flasher. Light flashes when ringing.
* Volume Up / Down buttons. Adjust handset or speaker volume.
* Speaker button. Make calls in handsfree mode.
* Speaker light. Visual indicator when telephone is in handsfree or muted mode.
* Redial / pause button. Redial the last number called. Also used to insert a pause when storing numbers.
* One touch memory buttons (three one touch buttons)
* Memory button. Store and dial two touch memories (up to 10 memories can be stored)
* Recall button. Access Telstra network features.

FEATURES ON SIDE OF PHONE
* Ringer volume switch. Select low, medium or high ringer volume.
* Ringer pitch or ringer off switch. Select low or high ringer pitch or switch ringer off

FEATURES AT REAR OF PHONE
* Auxiliary input. A 3.5mm socket for connection of external switches eg Jellybean, Puffer or Lever switch.
* AC /DC Connector. For power pack when using auxiliary input.
