Necklace and bracelet clasps can be modified for people who have difficulty putting on jewellery. Fob or magnetic clasps and the use of elastic may be helpful. A jeweller or other able person could attach the fasteners.

SUGGESTIONS
* Add Fob or Toggle clasps to a necklace
* Replace bracelet clasps by threading the beads with elastic so the bracelet can be rolled on and off the arm.
* Use magnetic clasps for both necklaces or bracelets.
