Mangar Airslide Lateral Transfer Mattress
Overview
Short Description
The AirSlide lateral transfer device is an air mattress and slide sheet in one. The slide sheet base enables easy transfer whilst the mattress cushions the individual for comfort. The high slip base allows transfers to be carried out with a minimum of effort. The AirSlide comes complete with an air supply, two slide sheets and five disposable covers. Available in large and bariatric sizes.
Method Of Use
Step 1: Position the individual onto the AirSlide as you would a normal slide sheet
Step 2: Inflate the AirSlide using the air supply provided
Step 3: Transfer the patient
Step 4: The AirSlide can be deflated and removed, or left under the patient as a comfortable mattress or to assist further transfers
