A bed pad filled with Spenco hollow core fibre (Silicore) in a cotton cover. The pad is reversible with a moisture resistant nylon on the other side. This is a bed pad designed to increase patient comfort and provide low level of pressure area care. It is made from Comforel which is soft, fluffy, springy and highly resilient fibre which is structured in a spherical shape for optimal conformability to body contours. The compressions recover quickly and can also be re-fluffed between use.

A soft mattress overlay comprising eight individual pillow cells filled with Comforel fibreballs. These are contained in dual layers of poly cotton which provides added strength. There is a choice of cotton, PVC coated nylon, or Dartex stretch covers. (The latter two covers are waterproof). Provides comfort and protection for persons at low risk of developing pressure sores.
