Alterations and adjustments to commercially available foundation garments purchased from Leila O'Toole, as required eg brassieres may be altered from back to front opening, have a pocket added for mastectomy prosthesis, or inserts to sides of cups for difficult fittings. One piece garment bones may be added to give extra back support, where a surgical brace is not needed.

A constructed bra with midriff band and wide shoulder straps suitable for person wearing a mastectomy prosthesis. The bras have a pocket inside the cup to hold a prosthesis in place.

A range of swimsuits is available for women following mastectomy. Made in two-way stretch lycra, they are available in a range of patterns and styles, eg. with skirt, high front for radical mastectomy, two piece, built-in extra support for larger figures. All feature pockets in bra section to hold prosthesis.
