An automatic door operator designed for domestic use or use in healthcare facility health care facilities. It operates by remote control on swing doors to unlock, open and close the door. The system includes an electric strike locking device and a push button remote control key fob actuator.
A large range of automatically opening and closing doors (including sliding and swing) are commercially available. Most commonly encountered as entry doors to public buildings but may suit domestic or residential applications.
A do-it-yourself automatic door system that fits onto an existing free running patio sliding door. Opening is triggered through wireless sensors on either side. It has an in built safety stop as well as battery backup. Its opening pattern can be customised and the door also features electric locking. Comes as a kit with instructions.
A range of activating devices is available to automatically open and close doors. Automatic door operation may offer independent access to people with disabilities when entering and leaving public buildings and within private accommodation.
