This seat is designed to replace a wheelchair sling seat and provide a customised firm base of support for a wheelchair cushion. It consists of a solid seat with a crossbar cut-out on each side, slip resistant rubber surface, width adjustment bolts and hardware for mounting onto a wheelchair.
The Jay Fusion cushion features a multi layered, contoured foam base with a soft, contoured top layer. It has leg troughs and abductor support for stable positioning. The rear well can have a JAY Flow? Fluid or a Roho Dry Floatation air insert. Comes with a dual water resistant cover. Available in a range of standard sizes. The supplier states that the cushion is appropriate for a user at high risk of developing pressure injuries.
A dual density Visco foam contoured cushion with a soft memory foam top layer. It is maintenance free, offers gentle positioning and is suitable for low risk pressure management. It features an anti-microbial cover. Available in a range of sizes.
A light, pressure relieving, foam cushion made up of reticulated (low density, slow recovery) foam and a high density foam. It has a breathable cover and cut out pelvic area. The cushion is contoured with the reticulated foam under the pelvic area and denser foam under the thighs. It is designed to provide both pressure and shear reduction for a user who is at moderate risk of skin breakdown.
A combination foam and fluid cushion. The bottom layer is a structured contoured foam with a pelvic well and lateral support, the middle layer is fluid and the top layer is soft memory foam. The supplier states this cushion provides moderate tissue protection and pelvic positioning.
