The wedge and headrest are covered with water repellent PVC coated polyester material. The wedge with the headrest also has velcro straps to secure the pelvis and legs.

A foam side lyer covered with water repellent PVC coated polyester material. Straps around the trunk and leg sections hold the user in position preventing forward or backward rolling.
