Hand held food processors are cylindrical appliances which have central shafts to which attachments are fitted. They often have a contoured handle and they are designed to be moved up and down and around the bowl during blending. . Use a deep, stable bowl to prevent spillage.
. Blenders which have a fixed blade are preferable.
