Overview
Short Description
Many Day Centre and Activity Programs are available for people who are frail aged, with physical, mental or social disabilities and living at home.
These provide the opportunity for carer relief as well as an outing for these people. Activities are selected to meet the interests and abilities of the group. Transport, meals and supervised care may also be provided.
