Trudi uses a variety of counselling techniques. She provides individual, couples, family and group counselling as well as seminars at her office.
The counselling therapy process may include relaxation, mental imagery, desensitisation, safety programs, protective behaviours program, sexuality education, eating disorders, behaviour management and other therapies.
