Short Description
This service provides support and information on a wide range of problems to parents who are struggling with issues relating to children up to 18 years of age. Parents who have children with a disability or parents with a disability are encouraged to use the service.

* The service runs between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.
* Funded by DOCs and run by Centacare
* In many cases the supports offered revolve around communication and strategies for dealing with behaviours.
* The counsellors are well trained and provide a very caring response to parents needs
* Callers can remain anonymous
* Available to all parents.
