Dial-An-Angel is a highly qualified and professional care provider with certification in a Quality Management System known as ISO:9001 as well as being a listed provider under the National Disability Scheme for the three launch sites.
All Angels are employees and not contractors. They provide childcare, housekeeping and home cleaning, gardening and home maintenance, aged care, in-home nursing, dementia, palliative and disability care in the home. Live-in as well as Visiting Angels are able to provide all home-based services
The Dial-An-Angel philosophy has always been to provide a customised, life-enriching continuum of care to their clients who have always been the centre of their care provision.
The Dial-An-Angel Care model of assessing, quoting, personalising, collaboratively reviewing and evaluating their services for the care-recipient highlights the person-centred philosophy practiced by their Agency. They have a skilled care workforce who are trained to identify and present suggestions for continuous improvements to the care recipient's individual program.
