Short Description

MS Connect is a telephone and email based information and support program (previously known as the MS Information Line). MS Connect is staffed by a team of experienced health professionals. The caller can speak to speak to a nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist or outreach worker.

MS Connect staff can answer questions on multiple sclerosis, discuss needs and offer advice on symptom management and lifestyle issues. Specialist nurses can provide information on MS medications and arrange training for injection techniques. Staff can also connect the client to programs in their local area or to the MS Society's Lifestyle Management Team.
