Recommended Uses
* With both inserts intact, the pillow is designed for average and above
average frame persons as well as people who sleep on their sides.
* With both inserts removed, it is for use with people who sleep on their back smaller framed adults and children approximately 7 years old and upwards.
* For those with longer necks, leave in one insert under the neck on the high side and remove the other or turn the pillow around and try the same procedure with the insert under the low side.
To remove insert: Peel back underside, remove insert and close flap.
