A rear wheel drive scooter with three wheels and a short wheel base that can be folded or dismantles for transportation. Designed for outdoor use. Features finger operated controls; a padded seat and an option of either an in built or separate charger. Available in one model only. Unable to be customised. Some accessories are available.

Batteries
The scooter is powered by two 12 volt 26 amp/hr deep cycle wet batteries which are housed, along with the built in charger, behind the seat. They are stored in separate boxes with a plastic handle behind the seat.
Battery Charging
This is achieved by connecting the scooter from the rear charger inlet to a mains power point. Also can have the option of on-board charging.

Flat platform between the steering column and base of seat.
Controls
The controller features a speed reduction switch and an on/off key switch.
With head and tail lights, front & rear indicators, hazard lights switch, side and rear reflectors.
Brakes
Electromagnetic.

Licence & Insurance Requirements
A licence is not required for a rider in an exempt motor chair (electric wheelchair or scooter) which is limited to a maximum speed of 10km/h. The rider is considered a pedestrian and road rules apply as for pedestrians.
