Short Description
A solid foldaway transfer platform designed to assist a person to transfer from one surface to another, i.e. wheelchair seat to car seat. The transfer platform can be used independently or with the assistance of an attendant. It can either stow away in the upright position after use, or be removed and stored away.

Features
* The Easy Transfer device consists of a solid flip down seat attached to a rod, which clips into a metal frame mounted between the vehicle seat and the vehicle door.
* The brackets that hold the metal frame are permanently fixed to the vehicle.
* The unit can be mounted on either the passenger or drivers side of the vehicle.
Dismantling
* There are 3 levels of stowage.
* Flip the Easy Transfer seat up and it remains vertical between the car seat and the car door.
* When a non disabled person is using the car, detach the Easy-Transfer seat stow it behind the car seat or in another convenient spot.
* Remove the Easy Transfer seat and most of the frame assembly. Only the brackets are permanently fixed to the vehicle.
Considerations
* The seat can be stored out of the way of other passengers when not in use.
* Eliminates the need for user to carry a transfer board.
