A basic, mobile phone based, emergency call and GPS location system with voice talk back. This system has SOS and speed dials that are designed for easy operation and a simplified button layout. It has an accurate GPS locating system. A non monitored system can be set up on this mobile phone.

More Details

Safe2walk is a lease service, the device is completely programmed for use prior to issue.

The functions of the device include basic pre-setup, one touch dialling, auto hang up and auto answer.

The device comes with a standard mobile phone GSM sim card enabling it to operate from a Vodafone network provider.

The transmitter comes with an attached lanyard and belt pouch. It is activated by pressing the buttons recessed into the device.

Non-monitored feature:
When the i button on the transmitter is pressed, an alert with a location is sent via SMS or email. The device automatically starts dialling the first preset calling number. If no one answers it continues to dial the next number and finally the third number.

GPS tracking feature:
In addition, this phone has GPS tracking function to locate the phone user. Guardians can track the user via the safe2walk website, or via mobile phone SMS messaging.

Country Areas
The device is suitable for use in country areas with Vodaphone GSM coverage.

* The GPS locator does not work accurately indoors so will give an approximate location
* The output voice is soft
* The buttons and lights are small
* It is not compatible with hearing aid use
* Need to maintain pressure on the alarm / phone call button to use
