The NSWFHA supports community based housing associations to deliver high quality, professional housing services to tenants. Housing associations provide housing to low and moderate income earners across the state.

Paraquad provides a range of accommodation services on a transitional, permanent or short term respite basis for those people with spinal cord injuries.

Transfer Connect is a support service for disability accommodation in New South Wales. It is tailored for people who receive Family and Community Services (FACS) specialist disability services that are being transferred to non -government providers. It is available to those currently living in FACS operated group homes in NSW and provides an avenue for them to raise questions or concerns about their own situation in the transfer process.

The community living project provide an opportunity for adults with an intellectual disability to learn to live independently. Houses are rented in the eastern suburbs and accommodate 3-6 people with `drop-in' staff providing support training in all areas of independent living.
