Mobile Eye Clinic is an optometry service focusing on eye health for people older than 60. The optometrist will visit people in their homes in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Lionel Solomon is an optometrist and contact lens practitioner who will visit clients at their own home or in a nursing home in the Sydney Metropolitan area, including Richmond, Riverstone, Penrith and Sutherland. He carries a a range of frames and magnifiers.

Radio 2RPH operates daily between 6.30 am and 11.30 pm with BBC World Service on overnight. On AM 1224 and FM 100.5, Newcastle and Lower Hunter on FM 100.5 and on digital.

The Roundtable on Reading for People with Print Disabilities was formed in 1981 and has set national standards for the transcription of print material into other formats. The Roundtable has 35 members including all major transcribing agencies, distributors and consumer groups.

The Institute provides pre-school, school and home based services for babies and children who have sensory disabilities (and may also have intellectual and physical disabilities through assessment, education, therapy, training and ongoing research.

The Sight Support Centre can be visited by people with poor vision in order to select from and trial a wide range of magnification equipment. The centre is located at Rydalmere and has trained professional staff to provide assistance. Bookings are essential but no referral is required from a doctor. Products can be purchased at the centre.
