TABMAP is a group of volunteers who design, produce and test a wide range of raised line, large print and graphic material, most of which is based upon requests from people with a visual impairment. Part of Vision Australia.

The Deafblind Association (NSW) aims to facilitate the inclusion of all people who are deafblind into the community by raising public awareness of their unique disability, promoting the use of communication techniques and improving the services and facilities for people who are deaf - blind.

Low vision clinics are operated through the University of NSW School of Optometry and Vision Science. They are located at the university and Chatswood. No referral is necessary, however a request needs to be made specifically for a low vision assessment. Patients can call the clinic themselves to schedule a time.
