Flexible Switch

Flexible Switch by Adaptivation Inc.

The Flexible Switch is similar to the Taction Pad but is a pressure-activated switch like the Pal Pad. The Flexible Switch can be activated with the slightest touch (less than 57 grams), whether it comes from directly above or at a shallow angle.

Fixing / mounting
* Before peeling the brown backing off and adhering, first trial fit the Flexible Switch and plug it into the corresponding assistive device to check for correct operation. The Flexible Switch uses a very aggressive adhesive. Keep this
in mind when attaching the Flexible Switch, because in most cases, it will be a permanent placement. If you wish to frequently peel up and reapply the Flexible Switch, you may consider the following:
1. Peel off the backing and adhere the Flexible Switch to a transparency sheet.
2. Use small pieces of hook and loop in each corner to adhere to surfaces.
3. Use reusable adhesive to keep reapplying Flexible Switches in a less permanent manner.
