A battery powered portable wheelchair stair climber designed to carry persons in most manual wheelchairs up and down stairs. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use in public buildings and private homes.
Method Of Use
. The base of the unit is positioned between the wheels of the wheelchair.
. Wheelchair is locked into position.
. Attendant pushes operating switch and walks backwards up stairs guiding unit.
. Stair-Trac climbs stairs under own power.

Features of the Stair-Trac
. For use with manual self propelled wheelchairs. It may require the addition of a chair platform to allow transfer chairs (with smaller rear wheels) and some small wheelchairs.
