Tender Loving Cuisine

A non profit home delivery meal service to older people and people with disabilities. One or two weeks supply of frozen meals are delivered to Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast, Newcastle areas. Meals can be ordered via the internet. Minimum order is 7 dinners. There is no delivery cost.

More Details

* Meals are nutritionally balanced The menu is designed to be easy, healthy and good tasting.
* No preservatives or additives
* All meals are snap frozen with heating instructions and serving suggestions included. They keep in the freezer for a minimum of six months.
* Meal sizes: Premium 400g for active people, Premium 340g size meal for less active people.
* Menu: Meals with a heart symbol have been approved by the National Heart Foundation. Meals mark with a 'G' contain gluten. Numbers denote carbohydrate exchanges / portions to assist people with diabetes on measured diets.
* 66% of the dinners are Heart Foundation Approved
* 85% of the dinners are Diabetes Australia Approved
* A Nutrition and Ingredients Manual is available, free of charge, for use by health professionals to assist with nutritional guidance to clients and patients.
