Achieve Australia (Former Hornsby Challenge) operates a range of accommodation and employment support programs for adults with an intellectual disability. They support people with disability to live independently in new or existing accommodation, find fulfilling work and develop work skills, and
learn and participate, by promoting and fostering greater community inclusion.

This is a not for profit organisation with the following services:

Neighbourhood Living Service (N.L.S.)
* This is for people who have significant support needs to assist them to be independent, respected and valued members of the community. An accommodation support service is provided to people in their homes and in a range of community settings. The types of support include teaching new skills, assisting people maintain their homes, cooking, grooming and hygiene, attending medical and other services, shopping, maintaining contact with family and friends, getting out and about in the community.
* Staff work rostered shifts so support is available 24 hours / day

Community Accommodation Service (C.A.S.)
* For people with low to medium support needs
* Staff will visit people using the service for a short time either every day or several times a week to provide assistance to people in their homes or in a range of community settings.
* Assistance may include any of the above mentioned types of support.

Network Job Services
* Operates the employment support programs
The two main types of support are Group Placement Support and Individual Placement Support.
* The staff help people to learn the skills that they need in their employment and ensure that the productivity and quality requirements of employers are met. They also assist people to develop friendships and valued work relationships.
