Short Description
The Sabina II is a battery operated stand up hoist. It can also be used for standard lifts if required. The hoist has adjustable height levels for different sized users. It has exchangeable slingbars with a variety of slings available to cope with people who have low muscle tone, shoulder problems, or require a seat strap for poor hip function. The basic sling provides generous back support. 200kg lifting capacity.

Models
Sabina II EE.
. Sabina has easily exchangeable slingbars. The most common is
Slingbar Slim (350), which is used in combination with Liko
SupportVest or Liko SupportVest for Raising.
. For those who are sensitive to underarm pressure, a Comfort Slingbar
and ComfortVest are used.
. Sabina can be used as a conventional patient lift for lifting in the sitting
position.

Type of stand up hoist: Stand up hoist with a range of slingbars for
attaching small, standard or comfort standing vests as well as
attachments for seatstraps.
Type of operation: Battery powered hoist and base width adjustment
Functions: from seated to supported standing position.
Materials: Painted steel with lacquer top coat.
Suitable for: Use in domestic, healthcare facility and commercial settings
Mast: Single mast. Straight. Battery attached on lower rear of mast.
Base: U shaped, adjustable width.
Boom: single, straight. Two attachment points for standing vest, with
two extra attachments for seatstraps. Bar for user to place hands on.
Plane / arc of lift: Arced. The Sabina is designed to promote a natural
standing posture.
Castors: Dual, swivel, lockable on rear. Wheels 75 / 75mm
Push Handle: Large U shaped handles on rear of mast
Footplate: Removable. Contoured slip resistant. Optional heel supports
with strap provide additional support.
Knee pad: Padded, upholstered, contoured, support strap around
knees / calf support strap, adjustable in both height and front - rear
directions.
Method of operation: Raise and Lower - hand held control (push button
switch), extendible cord., screw release for emergency lowering.
Opening Legs of Base - Electrically (battery) operated via
hand held control.
Power source: Battery, LED indication for charge status or need to
recharge. Safety feature emergency raise and lower.
Battery Recharging: In built recharger. Unit plugs into mains for
recharging. Four hours from fully flat.
Recommended charging each night.
Portability: The mast detaches from base if transportation is required.
Customised features: A wide range of kneepad and mast height
adjustment allows tailoring for a wide of users. Kneepad is height and
width adjustable. Removable footrest.
Safety Features: Mechanical and electrical emergency lowering.
Slings: A range of Comfort Vests, Safety Vests and padded Support
Vests in a range of sizes is available.
Seatstraps to aid lifting are also available.
Application: May be suitable for bariatric use up to the specified load
capacity.
