A lightweight battery operated bathlift with a reclining backrest. Is suitable for domestic use. Has a scissor frame base mechanism with self releasing suction cups. It can be dismantled into two parts for transporting. The load capacity is 120kg.

Aquatec Trans XL is a rotating transfer disk which assists users in
transferring on and off the Aquatec bathlifts as well as giving greater
range of movement while bathing. The Trans XL has an extra large seat
area which remains fixed in place until the user is sitting securely. The
rotating disk, unlocked by the weight of the user, is very easy to turn and
slide. The smooth, skin friendly covering is easy to clean, easy to wipe
clean.
Models
Aquatec Fortuna is a similar model with a stainless steel frame. For multiuser situations.
Aquatec Orca is an identical model to the Beluga except that the rechargeable batteries are integrated in the hand control.

Materials: reinforced plastic frame
Seat: The bath seat has wide flaps which are hinged and fold upwards as the seat lowers. The seat is covered in detachable, slip resistant covering which can be removed and machine washed.
Backrest: reclines to 35 degrees
Base: four suction cups to hold in place
Method of operation: Raise and lower - buoyant hand held control with extendible cord
Power source: is through a battery that is located at the back of the chair. A red light shows when the battery power is low. The battery is designed to only lower if enough power is left to raise the chair.
Battery Recharging is achieved by disconnecting the battery from the bath hoist and inserting the battery into the charging terminal. Battery charging is via a universal jack plug charger.
Portability: fold the backrest down and unlock the seat from the base.
Safety Feature is an emergency stop button on the hand held controls. There is a power back up mechanism, allowing the seat to be raised when the battery is low.
