Material Description
Made from super strong 600D woven nylon which is treated with a polypropylene spray. The polypropylene treatment makes the fabric wear and scuff resistant and water proof. The outside fabric will withstand a lot of rough treatment without losing its colour or shape.

The p-pak has been researched at the University of Florida where it was shown to keep the spine in an upright position. The research also showed that the shoulders were held back and head was in better alignment.
The p-pak not only promotes good posture but it also helps to strengthen the lower back muscles as well as strengthen the shoulder muscles associated with good posture.
