FRAME
This scooter has an epoxy coated steel frame, moulded fibreglass cowlings, small metal bull bar at the front, anti tip wheels at the back and slip resistant matting on the foot platform.
SEAT
has a release lever located underneath the right hand side of the seat base and allows the seat to swivel through 360 degrees, locking at 0, 90 and 180 degrees. The seat post is height adjustable. The seat backrest folds down for storage. The armrests lift up and down and are width adjustable.
STEERING COLUMN
can be tilt adjusted and is controlled via foam covered handles.

BATTERY
The scooter is powered by a single 21 amp / hour gel battery which is housed, along with the in built charger, under the seat in a separate box with a carry handle. The charger point is located on the battery pack.
FOOTREST
is a flat platform between the steering column and battery cover.
CONTROLS
The controller features an on / off key, proportional speed control, horn, key slot and a battery level indicator. These are located on the control panel on top of the tiller.

FREEWHEELING
The scooter can be free wheeled by moving a lever, located at the left hand side of the rear cowling.
SAFETY FEATURES
Anti bump - if the speed lever is not in neutral when the key is first switched on the scooter will not drive off.
Reversing Beeper - a beeper sounds when the scooter is being reversed.
Battery Stand-by - when the scooter is switched on but is not used for approx. 2 minutes, it reverts to stand-by mode to conserve power.
DISMANTLING
Using the Gem Lock lever operated system, the scooter can be dismantled into 4 parts for transport - seat, battery pack, chassis unit, and rear wheel unit.
1. Fold down back rest and pull lever located under right side of seat.
2. Lift seat off.
3. Lift battery out using handle on battery case.
4. Pull lever next to seat stem to unlock motor from chassis and remove motor.
5. Twist knob at base of steering tiller and fold down tiller.
6. Remove basket from front of tiller.
