Short Description
The hydraulically operated SuperDomus Lift has automatic sliding landing doors. It is available for both private residential and commercial (limited mobility) applications. It has the capacity to take four adults or a wheelchair occupant and a carer. An optional self supporting tower can be installed indoors or outdoors. The Lift has low pit and headroom requirements and can be easily incorporated into any new or existing project. Options are available. It fully complies with the BCA and AS1735.18 and AS 1735.16.

Door Options: Automatic sliding centre parting or side parting doors finished in stainless steel. Doors can also be powder coated to a RAL colour of which over 200 RAL colours are available within the standard range.
Panoramic with frame and glass is also available.
Car Safety Features: In the event of power failure, the lift will lower to the lowest floor to allow passengers to exit. This automatic emergency lowering feature is standard.
Passenger Protection: Non touch infra red doorway beams or full height safety cabin protection curtain.
Installation
In NSW the owner or controller of the lift (if not the owner) is required to register their lift with WorkCover. They need to complete Form PL2 Application For Item Registration of Lift / Escalator and Moving Walkway. A fee of $65 is charged for a lift installed in a public place. The applicant must state that the plant has been inspected by a competent person and is safe to operate (use).
It is compulsory that the lift be inspected annually by a competant person. WorkCover requires payment for registration as well as an annual fee.

It is an offence to operate plant that is not correctly registered under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001.

This is where the following features are included: Automatic buttons with key isolation switch, brail buttons, handrail, mirror, full height safety cabin protection, and full height control panels and hands free in - car telephone.
