Frame
This scooter has an epoxy coated steel frame with moulded plastic cowlings.
Seat
Has two release levers. The first is located underneath the right hand side of the seat base and allows the seat to swivel through 180 degrees, locking at 0, 45 and 90 degrees. The second is located at the front right hand side, allows the seat to slide forwards and backwards. The seat can also be adjusted in height. The armrests are width adjustable and pivot up and down.

Battery Charging
is achieved by connecting the scooter from the charger inlet located on the side of the control panel to a mains power point with the off-board battery charger.
Footrest
Flat platform between the steering column and battery cover and is covered with a carpet mat. The user's feet can also be placed up upon the cowlings above the front wheels of the scooter.
Controls
Feature a key for turning the scooter on and off, a proportional lever speed control, a speed dial control, a battery level indicator, and push buttons to control a horn, hazard lights and headlights. A high/low speed setting lever is located at the side of the control panel

The scooter can be free wheeled by pushing down a red lever located at the rear right hand corner of the base.
Safety Features
Anti bump - if the speed lever is not in neutral when the key is first switched on the scooter will not drive off.
Reversing Beeper - a beeper sounds when the scooter is being reversed.

The space allowed on public transport for carrying mobility equipment is an area of 1300mm by 800mm.
State transit will only carry scooters with an unladen weight of less than 200 kg and which can be driven onto the bus, and manoeuvred to fit wholly within the designated wheelchair space under their own power. Any such scooters carried must also comply where relevant with the rules applying to wheelchairs.
Three wheeled mobility aids of any kind are unstable in normal bus operations and will not be carried because of the safety risk.
