The chair is made from ABS plastic with an abduction block between the legs can be adjusted to the individual child. The contours of the chair provide head, trunk, side and hip support while the child's arms and legs can move freely. The manufacturer states that the Penguin is also suitable for play and can be secured via the suction cups to any smooth surface.
