A Buffer Zone bedhead is free standing and fully upholstered, with plush padding. There is no installation necessary, as it stands between an ensemble bed and the wall. Sizes are available for all beds. Styles and sizes can also be custom made. Can be finished in a choice of fabrics and decorative trims. A matching valance, finished in the same fabric as the bedhead and fitting onto the ensemble base can also be provided.
Bedside cabinets in a range of drawer and cupboard combinations to suit individual storage requirements. They feature durable melamine surfaces on a high moisture resistant core, fully sealed with impact resistant PVC edging. A choice of two or four twinwheel castors is provided for mobility and cleaning. A rear towel rail and lockable top drawer are standard.
Washable finger control mitts which prevent users from scratching, and from interfering with IV's or catheters. The palmar surface is lined with rodel pile. One size fits either hand. Each mitt includes an extra strap to limit arm movement when desired.
A rigid plastic shell which supports the foot, and keeps the weight of bedding off the foot. A soft liner of synthetic fur can be removed for washing. The foot guard helps to prevent footdrop or rotation, while allowing foot movement.
A sculptured wedge shaped foam seat cushion that prevents body slip while relaxing or convalescing in bed. A mild central ridge and gentle contours for the thighs keep the legs slightly abducted. The raised front angle elevates the legs and the soft waterfall front edge diffuses contact points.
