NSW CID (Council for Intellectual Disability) is able to develop, create or translate documents into Easy Read. Easy Read is a writing style that uses short words, in short sentences with minimal punctuation, and pictures to reinforce meaning. NSW CID can make surveys, resources, websites, factsheets, promotion material, annual reports and service information. Easy Read materials are made by and for people with intellectual disability.

Message banking and Voice Banking is a service provided by Zyteq. Message banking is the process of recording phrases, messages and vocabulary for the purpose of incorporating the digitised recordings into an AAC system if the person requires such a system due to permanent or temporary reduction or loss of intelligible speech. Voice Banking refers to the process of recording natural voice which is then synthesised into a computerised version of the unique voice.

An online store of ready made visual communication aids for people with a disability such as autism or developmental delay. Visual supports to prompt communication at home. Clear images with no background distraction (PECS) to help the person tell you their needs and wants, make their own choices, follow routines, understand where they are going, learn the names of places in the community, prompt language, communication, and interaction. Could be used at preschool and childcare.
