A guide for selecting cots and beds for children.
A pad containing viscoelastic polymer designed to relieve skin problems in infants due to shear pressure. The 660mm x 300mm pad can be used in a bassinet or cot or wherever this size is suitable.
A soft cotton hammock suspended by a steel spring and a triangular cross strut from a free standing metal frame. The hammock can be lined with a foam mattress or a short pile sheepskin. Useful as a bed for babies up to approximately 12 months old.
The Coziny 200 (crib mattress) is an alternating one in two cell cycle powered pressure relief air mattress overlay system used for prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers. Recommended for infant's and small children at high to very high risk of developing pressure sores or for palliative care use where high comfort is necessary. A removable vapour permeable, waterproof clinical top cover comes standard.

A compact white steel cot suitable for where available floor space for cots is limited. It has open bars on both ends and sides as well as two wheels and two slides. There is over 500mm safety height from the top of the mattress to the top rail. Available in one model with the top of the mattress 390mm above floor level. Suitable for smaller or younger children.
A European made electrically operated hi low, five section, three quarter size bed, with two direction tilt. The frame and safety sides are made of wood. The safety sides are single or dual bi-fold and the panels are a combination of perspex and rails. The bed has an external door locking safety system. The bed is suitable for children and adults.
A white steel cot designed for evacuation in an emergency. It has two fixed sides and large 100mm heavy duty load bearing wheels. Standard height from the floor to the top of the mattress is 390mm. The supplier states that cot can be dismantled and reassembled within about 10 minutes. The cot is suitable for all ages of children that would use a cot.
