Short Description
A fixed ceiling hoist with a battery powered vertical and horizontal movement using a hand held control. It remains fixed to overhead tracking. A padded two point spreader bar is standard. A four point tilting frame spreader bar is optional. Various other options are available including tracking options.

Hoist Unit

Battery

Spreader Bar
* The padded spreader bar extends from the hoist unit from a webbing strap, and is able to rotate separately to the strap
* Two hooked points for sling loop attachments on the standard spreader bar.
* Webbing strap can be programmed to alter the distance it can raise and lower.
* Wide spreader bar can spread the positioning of the sling so the occupant may be less confined
* Dynamic Positioning System: An optional tilting frame four point spreader bar is optional to fit at four points with keyhole attachment points. The user is supported in a normal anatomical position and can be supported in an upright or semi reclined position
* A stretcher frame is available
Controls
* Hand held push button control on an extendible cord
* Four push buttons indicate the direction of movement, and one push button is used to automatically return the hoist to the charging position
* Speed of vertical and horizontal movement can be programmed
* The hand held control is a narrow, rectangular shape with a hook at the end

Tracking
* A gantry system is available with this hoist.
* Turntables within the tracking are available to allow the hoist to move in more than two directions.
* Various tracking options are available to change directions or traverse the entire room.
* An exchanger option can allow the hoist to transfer between tracking.
Power and Charging
* Inbuilt battery charger that charges when the hoist is parked at one point on the tracking.
* A button on the hand control automatically sends the hoist to its point to recharge.
Safety Features
* Manually operated emergency lowering device
* Emergency stopping feature in case of mechanical failure

* A pull cord is used to stop the hoist in an emergency
