Short Description

This Pager consists of a wireless pendant which, when pressed, alerts a receiver alarm unit carried by an attendant. It has a range of up to 30 metres.

Method Of Use

To activate the unit
* Ensure there are fresh batteries in both the transmitter and receiver
* Turn the receiver on by sliding the toggle switch to either vibrate or chime
* Press the button on the transmitter to signal for assistance. The red indicator light on the transmitter will illuminate when the button is pressed
* Check that the receiver sounds when activated
* Check that the system is working properly before leaving resident unattended

More Details

Transmitter
* The pendant is attached to a lanyard and worn around the user's neck
* The pendant is supplied with a pre-installed 12 volt battery
* When the pendant button is pressed, a red indicator light on the pendant will illuminate

Receiver
* The receiver can be carried in a pocket, and also comes with a clip at the back to enable carer's to attach it to clothing and continue daily activities
*The receiver alarm unit can be set to "chime" or "vibrate" mode via a toggle switch
* The receiver alarm unit requires two "AA" batteries, which are not included
* Range is 30 metres
