The AlbacMat is an evacuation mat consisting of a red nylon shroud bonded to a polycarbonate flexible board. The board allows the AlbacMat to glide over most types of surface including carpet, vinyl, concrete, bitumen and grass without building up heat. Two velcro straps restrain the patient while a foot pocket secures the feet. Various handles allow one person to safely evacuate patients from most hazardous situations. Available in two sizes.
A lightweight scoop style stretcher which enables quick patient immobilisation.
A lightweight folding chair with aluminium frame, blue vinyl seat and backrest, and two 175mm rear wheels designed for the transport and evacuation of people unable to walk. Fitted with handles for lifting by two attendants. Seat and chest belts are included. The chair unfolds and locks in one movement.
A folding attendant propelled stairway evacuation chair. It is lightweight and features a cantilever style aluminium frame and synthetic slung seat with padding on the back and seat front tubing. Has a sliding headrest and forehead restraint as well as a seat belt with quick release buckle. Two front wheels enable pivot turns and horizontal travel. Can be wall mounted or stand alone.
A synthetic sheet with straps and buckles. It is placed under a mattress on a bed. In an emergency situation, it is intended for the transfer of residents who are immobile, complete with mattress and bedding, to a safe area.
An evacuation chair which allows controlled downstairs emergency evacuation of person with a disability. It is available with or without a battery powered motor. The powered version allows upward and downward evacuation whereas the non powered version allows downward evacuation only.
A rescue sheet for emergency rescue / evacuation of non ambulant patients. It is placed under a mattress and fastened to the corners with strong elastic straps. The bed is made over the sheet.
A nylon / polyester sheet which is positioned under the mattress and is designed for transporting a person on a mattress in an emergency. The rescue sheet is kept in position under the mattress with elastic straps. 45mm webbing straps are kept in pockets and pulled out and done up around the patient securing them to the mattress, so that in an emergency staff can pull the mattress along the floor, with the patient secured to it.
