The Australian Lions Children's Mobility Foundation, supports the Hart Walker Program in Australia. Lions Clubs within Australia are working hand in hand with the State Cerebral Palsy Associations to assist children who are affected by Cerebral Palsy, providing funding for Hart Walkers and other mobility devices to allow children to stand and walk to the best of their ability.

The Shane Warne Foundation has the Necessitous Circumstances Fund to help individual families and children who apply to The Shane Warne Foundation for assistance. This fund was set up to cater to the needs of those families who 'fall through the cracks' of the registered children's charities they support through their Public Ancillary Fund. Applications are open until 27 February 2015. It will reopen on 1 November 2015.
