Short Description
A range of modular knives including utensils (including blades), handles and angled extensions. Blades are made from stainless steel and the handles and attachments are plastic. There are five utensils available with different shaped blades which can be matched with different shaped handles. Some models allow a rocking action to be used to cut food.

Standard AA5520: knife with a straight, serrated blade.
Angled AA5530: knife with curved blade and right angled to a handle.
Small Rocker AA5529: knife with a small almost semi circular blade which is right angled to a handle.
Large Rocker AA5533: knife with a large semi circular blade which is right angled to handle.
Nelson Knife AA5528 : Knife with a rounded blade with four fork prongs on the end.

Vari-grip built up PVC sleeves can slide onto the slim standard handle (5543). These include an

Mushroom handle AA5544
Standard Slim Lightweight Foam handles AA5538 - sculptured closed cell foam with contoured finger grips for people who require lightweight built up handles. Waterproof and washable.
Standard Lightweight handle AA5537 - similar to H5538 but thicker in diameter
Lightweight Double Ended handle with strap AA5543
Another version of the standard handle (AA5536) built up with an aperture in both ends to allow two utensils to be used on the same handle. Comes with a transparent elastic polyurethane strap with adjusting holes and fixing spigot.
Lightweight Double Ended handle with strap AA5541
Same style as AA5540 but the handle is made of grey sculptured cell closed foam.
Custom Made handle AA5542
Customised by means of a metal inner core and pack of modelling material to create a unique personal shape.
More Details
The utensils are mounted in plastic spigots that fit tightly into the chosen handle.
Handles available include Standard, Slim, Contoured, or Mushroom. A Heavyweight handle is also available.
Soft sleeves are available to cover the handles to provide softer, contoured grips.
An adapter is available that adds a 30 degree angle to the utensil.
