Vital ID Medical Identification

A range of medical identification products that contain a discrete ID card that contains the wearer's medical information. The range includes fabric bracelets and sports IDs for attachment to helmets and sports shoes. The bracelets are available in three sizes.

* 100% waterproof (even the ID insert card). It can be worn whilst swimming in the pool or ocean or even when taking a shower.

Sizes
* Small (children 3to 9 years): fits wrist circumference up to 145mm
* Medium (teen / small adult): fits wrist circumference up to 175mm
* Large (larger teen / adults): fits wrist circumference up to 195mm
