More Details

Glass Louvres
* Every glass louvre is framed on three sides and hinged at the rear edge of the glass.
* A glass louvre system can be designed to suit any environment for example, tinted glass can be installed in warm climates to reduce solar heat gain.
* Glass louvres are 6mm thick with blade width of 123mm
* Available in float and toughened glass with a choice of clear, grey, green, bronze and frosted

Aluminium Louvres
* These provide complete privacy and security, allowing for control of light and airflow.
* The robust construction makes them suitable for use in high wind areas and tropical regions.
* Aluminium louvres are custom made with a blade width of 135mm and are available in a wide range of finishes.

Combination Louvres
* This is a suitable option for properties where partial privacy is required - while maintaining light and airflow.
* This system can be configured into any combination of glass and aluminium louvres to best suit the application.

Frames
* There is a wide selection of frame colours.
* Aluminium components are available in three surface finishes - powder coated, high performance powder coated and anodised. It is important to select the most appropriate finish for the environment.

Operation
Manual
* The standard lever is available in black and can be fitted on the left or right hand side of the frame. This lever offers three distinct fixed open positions for variable ventilation.
* A reversible turn handle is also available in black and can be set any open position required.
* A third option is a black turn handle which looks similar to a door handle and offers two open positions (half open and fully open).

Motor Operated Louvres
* The louvre windows can be motor controlled and integrated with climate control systems or other sensor activated control systems. Motors can be supplied by Safetyline Jalousie or sourced from a third party.
* Safetyline Jalousie is currently able to supply a choice of two motors installed on the window frames or one concealed option inside the frame.
* Connection to control systems should be arranged separately by a third party specialist to achieve the desired outcome.

Option Details
Insect Screens
* Insect screens can be fitted internally into surround frame sections. These snap into the frame and are easily removed for cleaning.

Security Bar
* Safetyline Jalousie louvre windows offer inbuilt security plus optional stainless steel rods - giving peace of mind when windows are open on hot summer nights.
* Every JX glass louvre is framed on three sides and hinged at the rear edge of the glass. The hinge can incorporate an internal stainless steel rod, providing impenetrable security.
* These 8mm stainless steel security rods provide security from intruders. Even if the glass louvre is broken, the window remains secure.
