More Details

Materials
* Welded aluminium ramp with powder coated aluminium hand rails
* Weather resistant

Features
* Slip resistant surface
* Maximum ramp capacity 192.5 kg (one axle) 385 kg (two axles)

Considerations

The Ontrac Ramps do not comply with Australian Standards and therefore cannot be used in public places. The handrails do not extend to the required distance from the end of the ramp. The gradient of the ramp is variable and dependant on the installer/purchaser to install so its not too steep. The gradient depends on the the height of the steps / ground that the ramp is to bridge. It is important that the gradient is safe for the user. It is advisable to discuss the appropriateness of the ramp with an occupational therapist.

The manufacturer recommends that this ramp be screwed down for safety so it will not move. The ramp is not designed to be portable, however it is very easily transferable if you move address.

There is minor assembly required to assemble the handrails as the Ramps are flat packed. The supplier can provide this assembly service if the ramp is purchased locally.
