All Abilities Cubby House Range

Cubby house range features include; wide doorways, no hinged doors, deep verandah's and ramp access for children in wheelchairs. The cubbies individual design features cater to a variety of disability types can allow children. Range includes: Hut, Fort, Beach shack and All Abilities. Various accessories are available

* Made standard with untreated natural pine finish or upgrade to weatherboard
* The deep verandah allows children in wheelchairs with rooms to turn around
* The included ramp can be fitted to the front or the side of the verandah on either side
* There is an option to stain the treated pine to create a darker finish and provide added protection to the timber
* The cubby house can also be painted if desired
* The cubby includes one standard perspex window on the side
* Accessory options such are telescopes, periscopes and binoculars are available

Dimensions (including the front verandah):
* Wall height is 1500 mm
* Height to tip of gable is 2110 mm
* Front has a 850 mm wide door and window opening - No door or Perspex fitted to these openings at the front
* Verandah depth is 1280 m

Installation

* The supplier states that all of their cubbies come in pre-made walls and roofs and you only need to screw together the separate panels using a cordless drill. Ensure the ground is flat and level prior to erecting your cubby house.
