*Walking frame must be adjusted to the correct height for the user with user standing in usual walking shoes, arms relaxed by side.
* Adjust so that handgrip is level with the radial styloid (wrist joint).
To use:
* Lift the frame forward a comfortable distance. Keep frame firmly on the floor and take some weight through the arms whilst taking one step forward with each foot. Step the injured/affected leg forward first.
